A number of factors contribute to an effective search and placement and it is essential that engagement with the client covers all relevant issues that influence the creation or vacancy of a role.
Initial Briefing
The initial briefing(s) will be with the person(s) to which this post reports and other key contacts.
The discussions will cover a number of areas enabling an informed understanding of the business to emerge, the challenges of the position and the reason to recruit that could be affected by a number of different and interconnected reasons.
Transparent Search Process
The process has to be transparent to demonstrate to our clients that our approach is open to scrutiny, follows an agreed defined methodology and can adapt to ensure that the key goals of the search and recruitment project are achieved.
The rigorous consultation with the client will also enable us to effectively market the position to candidates to ensure that they have the necessary information about the role and company to make an informed decision to apply.
Timeline for Search Process
Timeline for completion is critical. Clients want to reduce time to hire but without risk to the overall quality of the search process. We will try and implement a flexible approach, one that reduces the risk to the client and ensures that the assignment can be carried out according to a timescale that is achievable and expedient.
