External Research Services & Support

As part of the bespoke service offered to each client, Promoveo offers external research on an outsourced basis that complements and supports the client's internally managed Human Resource and Recruitment practice.

The scope of this activity will be agreed in advance together with the duration of the assignment. Clients can either buy a number of days' support or agree a daily rate in advance. The range of support will cover:

  • Bespoke 2nd line support to the internal recruitment team for senior level assignments
  • Research of competitors and target markets for attracting a candidate pool
  • Specific and targeted pre-screening of headhunted candidates

Clients that want to manage the interview process may prefer this approach. It can also allow clients to purchase support on the basis of a narrow but more strictly defined criteria if cost, economies of scale or business ownership become key issues.
