Promoveo maintains the discretion and confidentiality of both the candidate and the client. Personal details are not supplied until specific consent is obtained and upon confirmation that there is a clear and keen interest in the candidate. We recognise that, at this level, discretion and confidentiality are essential for both candidates and clients

As a business we will not undertake a commitment to an assignment unless we are confident we can deliver. This underpins our focus in developing long term relationships with our clients.
We recommend candidates to clients only when they have been evaluated and assessed by at least one of our consultants. We will not put a candidate forward to make up a number or pool unless they at least match the defined brief or present a highly marketable person in the context of a candidate driven search.
Our fee structure will be competitive in comparison to what is charged in this sector of the market. We will continually benchmark our service fees and delivery process to ensure we remain competitive.
