The type of role will be demanding in terms of the scope and nature of the job profile. We target middle management and senior level appointments typically between £65k upto £400k base salary. The rewards will reflect the status and seniority of the role. As a general guide our focus will be to find and recruit:

  • Director level people for managing specific Line of Business (LOB) Operations
  • Senior strategists
  • Senior Project Directors/Specialists
  • Departmental or Divisional Heads
  • Managing or Senior Partners
  • Middle, Senior and Executive Talent for positions that require specialist knowledge or expertise e.g. risk management, security, industrial product design, etc. where demand is high, but ‘in short supply’ is a business critical limiting factor.
